Lorry and courier driving is dangerous for a number of reasons; it’s a tiring job that requires a lot of concentration and the vehicles often weigh up to 44 tons. Couriers are also at risk of being physically harmed and robbed for the goods that they are transporting. A Corps Member has been reported to have offered  President Muhammadu Buhari  another term in office for increasing their monthly allowance to N33,000. This was disclosed on Friday by  Bashir Ahmad , Personal Assistant on new media to President Buhari. NYSC Member Joins Boko Haram and Rejects Freedom (Photo)

A former member of the  National Youth Service Corps  (NYSC) has reportedly turned down negotiation attempts to free him from Boko Haram terrorists. The ex-corps member, identified as  Abraham Amuta  made his stance known to negotiators who went to the Sambisa Forest to secure his release. Naija News  understands that the Benue-born Amuta has also renounced his Christian faith and is now a member of the  Boko Haram  sect.
