CALL-UP LETTER AND GREENCARD  DIFFERENCE
Compiled statements below is to enable PCMs understand the difference between Call-up Letter and Green Card
📋 Green Card is printed immediately after online registration indicating a successful registration.
📋 Call-up letter is printed  days after online registration indicating NYSC acceptance or call for service.

📋 Green card can only be printed online.
📋 Call up letter can be printed online and can also be collected from institution depending on PCMs selected option during registration.

📋 Call up letter contains PCMs Call up number and State code, also the state PCMs are deployed to serve and the date to report to the orientation camp
📋 Green card contains only Call up number and no State code because at that moment you haven't been posted yet

📋 Call up letter is signed by NYSC Brig-General.
📋 Green card is only signed by PCMs.

Now  you will be required to go to camp with the Call up letter and greencard together with other relevant documents including 
Medical Certificate of Fitness (NO PCM WILL REGISTER WITHOUT IT)

Why Canada Denied Air Peace Right To Evacuate Stranded Nigerians

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Geoffrey Onyeama’s move to patronise local carriers for the evacuation of Nigerians abroad has suffered a setback. The Canadian government had denied a local airline, Air Peace, landing right to evacuate Nigerian citizens in Ottawa on the ground that it has no license to undertake commercial flight to that country. Mr Onyeama confirmed the development on Thursday at the daily media briefing by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19. He however said his ministry was hopeful that the Canadian government would reverse its decision. NYSC Member Joins Boko Haram and Rejects Freedom (Photo)

A former member of the  National Youth Service Corps  (NYSC) has reportedly turned down negotiation attempts to free him from Boko Haram terrorists. The ex-corps member, identified as  Abraham Amuta  made his stance known to negotiators who went to the Sambisa Forest to secure his release. Naija News  understands that the Benue-born Amuta has also renounced his Christian faith and is now a member of the  Boko Haram  sect.
